Eligibility Requirements

Location: This cash back offer is available to customers based in Malaysia.

License Status: The promotion applies to UBS licenses that have been expired for more than 6 months.

Upgrade Period: The upgrade must take place between 1st June and 30th June 2024.

Redemption Submission: Redemption forms must be submitted by 3rd July 2024 to apac.cashbackasia@theaccessgroup.com, along with the following documents:
License certificates for both the old MyAppID (expired) and the new MyAppID (upgraded).
Proof of purchase (invoice) showing the SRP for the upgrade and the date of purchase.

Cash Back Payment: The Access Group will process cash back payments via direct debit by 31st July 2024.
